Now Hiring - Portfolio Community Manager in Frisco, CO

Axiom Management Corp. is a family owned company that manages more than 17 HOA’s at Copper Mountain Ski Resort in Colorado.

Axiom is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to join our Copper Mountain Team. You will be part of a fun office environment, great support staff and the ability to work from home on designated days.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Understand HOA finances and budgets

· Ensure Association follows all State and Federal requirements

· Coordinate and assist with HOA reserve studies

· Enforce property compliance and manage infractions

· Attend HOA meetings, possible in evening hours

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of Association governing documents and CCIOA.

· Manage a work order system that provided board members the ability to monitor the progress of work orders.

Requirements:

· CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. AMS certification a plus

· Supervisory experience is desired.

· 2-4 years HOA management experience or related experience may be considered.

· Multitask, prioritize and problem-solving skills.

· Strong organization and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
